{"id":4958,"date":"2025-11-08T03:05:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-08T03:05:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elcorresponsalperu.com\/?p=4958"},"modified":"2025-11-08T03:05:39","modified_gmt":"2025-11-08T03:05:39","slug":"sac-aprueba-inhabilitar-por-10-anos-a-pedro-castillo-betssy-chavez-y-willy-huerta-por-fallido-golpe-de-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elcorresponsalperu.com\/?p=4958","title":{"rendered":"SAC aprueba inhabilitar por 10 a\u00f1os a Pedro Castillo, Betssy Ch\u00e1vez y Willy Huerta por fallido golpe de Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>La\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/panamericana.pe\/politica\/453428-martin-vizcarra-subcomision-otorga-5-dias-presentar-informe-final-denuncia-constitucional\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Subcomisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones Constitucionales del Congreso (SAC)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0aprob\u00f3 este viernes el informe final que recomienda\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/panamericana.pe\/locales\/457086-roberto-burneo-postulacion-vizcarra-pasara-mantiene-inhabilitacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inhabilitar<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0por 10 a\u00f1os para el ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica al expresidente\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/panamericana.pe\/24horas\/poder-judicial\/458011-pedro-castillo-sentencia-juicio-golpe-conocerse-diciembre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pedro Castillo<\/a><\/strong>, la expremier\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/panamericana.pe\/politica\/458014-maricarmen-alva-otorgar-salvoconducto-betssy-chavez-manana-anibal-torres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Betssy Ch\u00e1vez<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0y el exministro del Interior,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/panamericana.pe\/poder-judicial\/453795-willy-huerta-corte-suprema-admite-tramite-apelacion-exministro-revocar-embargo-8-bienes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Willy Huerta<\/a><\/strong>.<\/h3>\n<p>Los tres ex altos funcionarios son acusados de orquestar el fallido golpe de Estado de Castillo Terrones en diciembre del 2022, cuando anunci\u00f3 el cierre inconstitucional del Congreso y la detenci\u00f3n de la entonces fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n, Patricia Benavides.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo de trabajo presidido por la congresista Lady Camones (APP) aprob\u00f3 el informe final con 10 votos a favor, 3 en contra y cero abstenciones.
