Fidelia V\u00e1squez, fr\u00e1gil y con movilidad reducida, tuvo que presentarse personalmente porque la instituci\u00f3n no valid\u00f3 su identidad ni la de su apoderado legal.<\/h3>\n<p>Su hijo denunci\u00f3 que a pesar de entregar todos los documentos requeridos, el banco mantuvo su negativa.<\/p>\n<p>El caso desat\u00f3 indignaci\u00f3n en redes sociales, donde usuarios calificaron el hecho como \u201cinhumano\u201d y \u201cburocr\u00e1tico\u201d.
