Luis Esteban Lozano Daza, acusado de asesinar brutalmente a Bianca, una perrita en pleno centro hist\u00f3rico, contin\u00faa pr\u00f3fugo. Su expareja, a trav\u00e9s de su abogado, asegur\u00f3 que no solo fue testigo del crimen, sino v\u00edctima directa de maltrato f\u00edsico y psicol\u00f3gico por parte del sujeto.<\/h3>\n<p>El abogado Javier Araujo pidi\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva para Lozano Daza, quien ya ha sido denunciado ante la Fiscal\u00eda. \u201cMi clienta est\u00e1 aterrada. \u00c9l tiene un historial violento y ahora teme por su vida\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3. La mujer, cuya identidad se mantiene en reserva, a\u00fan no logra superar la p\u00e9rdida y se encuentra bajo atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades locales, como el alcalde Mario Reyna y el consejero regional Robert de la Cruz, tambi\u00e9n han presentado denuncias por maltrato animal. A pesar de ello, Lozano Daza no ha sido ubicado. Su vivienda fue apedreada por manifestantes que exigen justicia.<\/p>\n<p>Se revel\u00f3 que el acusado figura en 12 expedientes fiscales desde el 2011. Ha sido denunciado por maltrato f\u00edsico, psicol\u00f3gico, robo agravado y discriminaci\u00f3n.
